Newborough Primary School Harvest Festival

Newborough Primary School is very excited about our Harvest festival. This Festival will showcase our wonderful Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program where our school has been dedicated to promoting sustainability. We like to teach our children ways in which they can make and grow things themselves which is what many of you have done and is precious and great for them to know.
Therefore we are seeking stall holders that will compliment our Harvest Festival such as Kitchen/ garden stalls, Fresh produce, gourmet products. We are also sourcing local artists, Musicians, crafters and producers selling unique, high quality, handcrafted goods which will add to our children's learning of ways where we can be sustainable!
We look forward to this Harvest festival and your contribution toward our great school.
Cost of Stall:
$20 + donation to our raffle to be held on the day.
Vehicles staying onsite through the event will cost and additional $10.
Powered sites indoors will cost an extra $5.00 and powered outdoor sites will be and additional $10.00
Marquees, tables, racks and chairs to be supplied by the stallholder. Our event will be heavily promoted through social media and other channels such as posters, flyers, radio etc.
Applications are open until Thursday 17th May 2018 with successful applicants to be notified shortly after application is received. Sites will be secured once payment is received in full. Payment details will be forwarded once application is successful and must be paid within two weeks of notification or before the Harvest festival takes place. Times for arrival to set up will be emailed two weeks prior to this event. If you have any special requirements please notify us in your application.

Public and Product Liability is the sole responsibility of the stallholder therefore, we highly recommend businesses obtain insurance as we cannot provide it on your behalf.
